Im 16 and ive had my lisence for about 6 months and i already got a speeding ticket. I had minors in the car and it was at 1am, so it was past curfue. I have to go to traffic court in about a month and i want to know what will the judge most likely do. Such as take away my lisence, fine me, or give me a warning etc. p.s. he was arrested while walking to a friends house, the police asked him where was he born and when he responded mexico he was told he had just won a free ticket. he was detained in Los Angeles detention center by ICE but now he’s at Eloy,AZ wnd now about to be deported. He has been here for 21 years and as no criminal record is there anything we could do to stop his deportation???

Pro Bono Family Law Attorney that maybe even specializes in going after dead beat dads. My ex-husband has some how found a way to beat the system to get out of paying child support by claiming he is on disability.He claimed that his income has been reduced drastically due to injury and the judge ordered a reduction based on his state disability. I should be recieving 3 set weekly amounts that are to come out of his disability check (child support, Spousal and arreages) however i seem to only get a check if i’m lucky once a month to once every three months and they are very small and no more than $40 when I should be recieving roughly $3,000 per month. Even on disabilty my ex-husband recieves a substatial amount of money other wise the judge would not have order him to pay.He pays his Attorney $275. per and only pays $40 dollars in child support and doesn’t pay the other existing orders. Somethings is wrong I need help and cannot afford a good Attorney. Any advice or web sites?
